CFCA Board Meet:
CFCA's leadership, including its
Governing Board, is organized to
• Defining the “ends” (outcomes) of the
organization, derived from the goals it wishes to
achieve, and
• Creating the policies that must be followed in
their pursuit of these goals.
• Approving annual budgets and work plans.
CFCA provides monitoring/ annual reports which
demonstrate progress toward the board’s stated
outcomes. Generally Board meets twice in a fiscal
year. Other than this the Board meets whenever
required depending upon the urgency of the matter.
Currently we have 4 board members.
